The department of Art History is delighted to announce that Senior Lecturer, Dr Leah Clark, received the runner up award for 'Outstanding Impact of Research on Society and Prosperity' for her leadership of the project Open Arts Objects as part of the 2019 OU Research Excellence Awards.

The OU Research Excellence Awards recognise outstanding research and celebrate achievement within the OU research environment.

The 2019 awards were presented at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at the MK Dons Stadium on Wednesday 23 October during #OUResearch at 50, the month that the OU has dedicated to celebrating its research excellence.

In the following video, Leah describes her winning project, which researches into changing the way Art History is taught.
