I work with employability leads and others in the employability space to strategically enhance and develop the faculty's engagement with the university's employabilty strategy.   This includes oversight of the faculty's mapping of modules both in presentation and in production against the OU's employability framework, leading the work of the employability working group around developing KPIs and promoting the use of FutureYOU.  I am currently working with colleagues on student retention, tuition and assessment reform, large modules, and 'future of ...'.  I hold the faculty's register of external examiners and am the faculty's QME data champion, supporting colleagues in the faculty through the QME process.
