ISSN 1750-6581
This journal was founded in 2006 as a showcase for the growing number of new scholars in a rapidly developing field of research. Its peer-reviewed articles investigate the reception of classical texts, ideas, performance, and material culture across different cultural contexts and in different media, and have particularly encouraged research that crosses discipline boundaries.
New Voices in Classical Reception Studies has been on hiatus since the death of its founding editor, Dr Trevor Fear, who continues to be greatly missed. Plans are now underway, however, for a relaunch of this journal, and information about the processes for new submissions will soon be available here.
In the meantime, any queries about the journal should be sent to New-Voices@open.ac.uk.
