Postgraduate Research in Social Policy and Criminology

Prospective Students

We welcome applications in Social Policy and Criminology to study for an MPhil or PhD, as either a full-time campus-based student or a part-time student. We are particularly interested in proposals which fall within our existing research strengths. Information about our current research expertise here.

Key dates:

The application deadline (for both funded and self-funded students) is 31 January for all applicants wishing to begin their students on 1 October of that same calender year.

For those wishing to begin their studies on 1 February, the application deadline is 31 August of the previous calender year.
