Publications

Researchers in the School of Arts and Humanities have produced over 4000 research publications, and earned praise for the quality of their publications. In the last Research Excellence Framework (REF2021) over 80% of all publications submitted by English (D27) and History (D28) were ranked at 3 or 4 star, meaning that they were considered to be internationally excellent or world leading in terms of originality, significance and rigour.
